The ARCASIA Student Jamboree is a biennial event which is a parallel event of ARCASIA’s Asian Congress of Architects (ACA). This 2023, ACA 20 and the Student Jamboree will be held in Boracay Island, Philippines, voted as one of the best beaches in the world. The jamboree brings together students from the countries of ARCASIA’s member institutes and provides a focus on a specific field of study, shared interest, or cultural exchange.

This Year’s edition of the Student Jamboree provides a platform for young minds to exchange ideas, develop actionable, ang ignite a collective drive towards a greener and more sustainable future. The Philippine Fiesta is also highlighted in the 5-day event in Boracay. It will allow the students to know more about the Philippines’ rich cultural heritage and traditions. Highlighting the renowned Ati-Atihan festival, they will immerse themselves in the dynamic spirit of the Philippines through captivating dance performances, traditional music, and intricately designed costumes.

This immersive experience will encourage participants to appreciate the interconnectedness of cultural heritage and environmental sustainability, underscoring the role of traditions in fostering a deeper connection to the environment and a shared commitment to its preservation.
